@#36611
i used aalib for ascii art generation

all above me are Dumb programerfags, dunno how this line works...
u all jelly by being dumb?
u mad?
and... Problem?

just found some bugs(sry):
1. thiese lines should be removed:
if(SimulateEvent(probability_ReleaseShift))
printf("0");
else
printf("0");
2. replace float with double here for better accuracy:
int SimulateEvent(float probabilityOfEvent)

copypasteble sourcecode for lazy trolls:
http://snipt.org/wooO
Under Linux save the file as main.c,
make sure you have GCC installed,
use "gcc main.c && ./a.out" to compile and run!

if(youmad)gotake.le/poop"0")
thats the spirit

I DONT GET A FUCK SORRY

srry, I am dumbfag. This appears to be actual code; if so, what does it do? explain plz programmerfag

CAN SOMEONE PASTE THE TROLLFACE MADE OF CHARACTERS?????

Does this work on windows?
Sorry for being a dumbfag webdevfag and knowing only php and etc.

@#36757
I already posted the link with the sourcecode (see the comments). That trollface is included.
If you want to generate a new one with a different size use the program "asciiview" in Linux.

@#36760
Yes, you can compile it on windows by using the minigw compiler for example.
But you will have to use a different source of random numbers since windows does not have /dev/urandom.
You can use something like a picture-file instead.
Just enter the path of the file instead of /dev/urandom.

@#36734
The program was started three times.
The output was inserted as a comment under the line
"Some example output:"
Random numbers decide whether a "virtual typing error" happens or not.
Thus the output will variate each time you run the program.
Errors will happen at random places.

Y don't u use rand() function in time.h instead of GenerateDoubleBetweenlandOWithRandomMantissa?

@#36858
I am not so sure if all 32 bits of the integer generated with rand() have an equal probability to be 1 or 0.
(The most significant bit number 51 in the mantissa is damn important and MUST be truly random!
For example if it is always 0 the generated float will be always less then 0.5 and thus the simulated events with a probability of exactly 0.5 or more will ALWAYS happen.
So make sure you don`t make that mistake.)
You can try filling all 7 bytes of the randombytes[]-array with (rand()%256) one by one instead of reading them from /dev/urandom. I think its still worse than /dev/urandom but good enough so that you won`t notice any difference in this program.

Sorry I meant double, not float. Float has a 23 bit mantissa. Double has a 52 bit mantissa.

@#36860 if you really thinnk someone will read all that...
you really float, man

@#36919

NIGGER STOLE MY CODING!

We need more Geektrolls!
You jelly newfags?

Does this code work on my ARM?
mailto: me@you.him

@#37970
I never used ARM with linux yet but it is supposed work the same way there too.
Make sure your GCC is working.
Then use "gcc main.c && ./a.out".

The "/dev/urandom" makes it a Unix-like-specific solution, right? Fine with me, I use Linux, but just out of curiosity, how would you get something like "/dev/urandom" on Windows NT or DOS?

i wish i could copy paste this!

@#38225
see comment #36648, to-lazy-to-read-comments-fag
